This is an interim policy while No Sweat is in its trial. A full policy will be published before general launch.

What we collect

When you book, we collect your name, email address, and the details of your booking. If you sign a waiver, we keep a record of it. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.

Why we collect it

To make and manage your booking, send you confirmations and reminders, and let the operator you booked with see who is coming. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

The sauna operator you booked with, Stripe for payments, and the service providers we use to host the platform and send email.

Your rights

Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you. Email nosweatbook@gmail.com and we will respond within 20 working days.
