These are interim terms while No Sweat is in its trial. Full terms will be published before general launch.

Who we are

No Sweat is an online booking and payments service for sauna operators, based in Auckland, New Zealand. You can reach us at nosweatbook@gmail.com.

Bookings

When you book a session through No Sweat, your booking is with the sauna operator, not with No Sweat. The operator sets the price, the timetable and the cancellation policy, and is responsible for the session itself.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe and paid to the operator's own Stripe account. No Sweat does not store your card details.

Operators

Operators agree to pay the platform fee shown on our pricing section, deducted from each card payment. Operators are responsible for their own pricing, policies, waivers and the safety of their venue.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
